It looks like I'm not the only one who got scammed by this vendor, their whole busiess model is based on a scam. I don't think I have much to add to what other people have said because my experience wasnt very different. I should mention here that I live in Canada and I paid $60 CAD instead of $40USD. Its shocking how this cheap plastic product is so ridiculously expensive.I didn't test the product so can't say if it lives up to all the claims. I was just disappointed that I only received one item when my order clearly stated "x3", yeah! I also fell into the buy 1 get 2 free trap. I contacted customer service and was told that only one item was added to my cart and that I'd have to pay an additional $20CAD for shipping and handling to receive the "free" products. Anyway I asked for a refund, they told me to make a video of the product without mentioning any exceptions. So I sent them the video and I was told that my purchase wasn't eligible for refund as it was a sale item. It's ridiculous how they couldn't mention this right off the bat. Now I'm stuck with this cheap showerhead that costed me $60 CAD.
