The only reason they get 1 star is because I can’t do zero! I tried the buy 1, get 2 free deal and when my product was delivered, I only received 1. I emailed customer service and they said it’s because I only selected 1 and offered to send 2 more, but for me to pay shipping. Allegedly, it’s stated that you have to select 3 to purchase, but that makes no sense because that would email 3 bundles of 3 shower heads. I’ve asked them to show me where it says that and they can’t. They just offered me lower shipping fees. I’ve disputed the charge with my bank and I won’t stop arguing with them because of how ridiculous they are. Not to mention how cheap the product is made and there’s only 1 setting on the jet. I should’ve known better, but you live and learn.
