I ordered a showerhead from a reel - my experience w/this company have been repulsive! They have a stated return policy yet, when you attempt to return, they make up why it is ineligible. I met EVERY criteria but, they continued to fight for $40 refund request. Do not believe ANYTHING the vendor tells you. My package arrived damaged and I am not sure if the packaging, or the product itself, are more cheaply made. It is now my mission to be sure that NOBODY gets scammed and "invests" in cheaply make China product. This company should not be able to be represented in our country.
