terrible customer service awful product, it just does not function as a shower head it functions as a drip even fully on taps it dribbles out, worse than a normal shower head, customer service is terrible offering me 30% refund AND a replacement which after a few weeks never happened, tried to sort out issues and get a refund but they do not want to refund said i would be happy to send back the shower head but be warned you have to send return back to CANADA! whats that about the website doesnt mention that they are not in the UK prices are GBP. had to start the paypal process to get my money back
