I DO NOT recommend Hygeine Hero...I contacted their customer service team regarding the unacceptable delay of my order and received a generic response advising patience due to a high volume of orders. Subsequently, I requested the return procedure, as two weeks had already passed, but received no reply. Several days later, the shipping status updated to "delivered" despite my not having received the order. I re-contacted customer service, informing them of the non-receipt and requesting a full refund, and again received the same exact generic response. Given the lack of a communication for an amicable resolution after multiple emails concerning the missing package, I intend to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and will also share my experience on their Facebook platform.
