I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I placed an order and paid for express shipping since I would be traveling for two weeks. I wanted the product before my trip, but a week later, it hadn't shipped, so I tried to cancel. I was told it had already shipped, even though tracking indicated otherwise. I mentioned I paid for express shipping, but they claimed there was nothing they could do and suggested I return the item. I requested that they inform their carrier not to deliver, but they said that wasn't possible. When I returned from my trip, the package was missing. I contacted them but received no help, and they took no responsibility. I wouldn't recommend this service or many of these manufacturers that promise express delivery but fail to deliver.
