I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I placed an order and paid for EXPRESS shipping because I was traveling for two weeks and needed the product before I left. About a week after placing the order, the product hadn't shipped, so I tried to cancel. I was told it had already shipped, even though tracking indicated otherwise. I mentioned I paid for express shipping, but they claimed there was nothing they could do and suggested returning the product. I asked them to inform the last-mile carrier not to deliver it, but they said that wasn't possible. Upon returning from my trip, the package was missing. I contacted them but received no assistance, and they took no responsibility. I wouldn't consider purchasing from this service again, nor from many of these overseas manufacturers who promise express delivery but fail to deliver.
