The representative was very helpful in discovering why I was still being charged after canceling my account. They investigated and promptly informed me that I had another account under a different email that remained active. They honestly and helpfully issued a refund for the extra charges, which they technically did not have to do. Excellent customer service. I left the service only because I no longer needed their ad promotion services due to financial reasons. The service is excellent, and I would recommend it to indie musicians everywhere.
