Despite providing thorough explanations and clear video evidence, the support team continuously dismissed my concerns, stating that “everything looks normal on our end.” This is unacceptable for a platform that professes to prioritize fairness and transparency. Instead of thoroughly investigating the evident defect, the support process has been slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. I have now spent several days awaiting a just resolution, with no substantial progress or accountability from the team. As a long-time user of this platform, I expect better treatment. The absence of clear communication, the refusal to recognize the issue, and the inability to provide a fair resolution have led to a highly negative experience. I respectfully ask that my case be taken seriously, reviewed appropriately, and resolved fairly — including a replay of the match or suitable compensation. If this matter is not handled professionally, it raises serious concerns about the platform’s integrity and commitment to customer care.
