I recently rescued a Hyper Toy Jeep Gladiator Ride-on from a neighbors trash. After realizing it still turned on for a second, I drug it in the house, charged it fully, and to my surprise it worked. The only thing that didn't work was the high speed switch so I ordered a new dashboard control panel. Unfortunately, once that arrived and was installed, it quit charging. The customer service representative went above and beyond trading pictures and information with me to make it right, even sending me a new wiring harness at no cost. You can rest assured, if you purchase a Hyper Toys product and for some reason, something isn't right, they are not only going to stand behind thier products, but also do what they have to do to keep them working and their customers happy! Great job!
