We ordered the sit-down 1.5ATA soft chamber.The communication was good all the way through and all my concerns were addressed promptly. We did have issues paying via Bacs as TSB seemed hellbent on trying to convince us that the payment was a scam. It wasn't, beware the belligerent bank staff who will try to convince you that paying without card etc is dodgy, no it isn't dodgy, it saves me/you the customer the additional costs of the card payment fees. Ignoring bank woes, the guys delivered, setup, tested the chamber, and showed us how to operate the equipment. Professional, on time, and polite. It was a pleasure ordering from a company who embrace emails and non verbal communications, this made it very easy for us.I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase their own hyperbaric oxygen chamber :) A+++
