The communication in advance of the installation was extremely good, we could always reach them and they made sure that we knew the status of the delivery at any time. Using the chamber helped my brother ease a lot of the pain his colon cancer was causing. Sadly the cancer was too far advanced, but he did experience a temporary relief when using the chamber.
