Generally works well, but when I logged out of my account, even though I entered my PIN, Hyper Jar send you verification emails to get into the app again. I must have tried at least 20 times to make it work, but I was not receiving the verification emails. I contacted them through the Help Chat. They told me to clear my cache, data etc delete app and reinstall, but it did not work. Their customer service closed at 10 pm, and I was unable to access my account even the next morning, so I had to jump through hoops to buy my train ticket as I didn't have any cash. Basically, it was a lot of inconvenience that made me incredibly late for work. They wanted to transfer my funds into my bank account. I refused this as there are personal reasons I have this separate account. They said I could use my card, so I didn't lose the ability to use the card, but that was not true, as I had frozen the card at the time, which they failed to check. Basically, I was stuck without money, and they only did a workaround, which was to use an alternative email address. They blamed me for the error, as they said it was my Outlook that was not allowing their emails through. I checked all my blocked emails, etc., and put the issues through AI. Which concluded that it was their servers that were at fault, as I was able to receive other emails from Hyper jar. They would not accept that it was their servers at fault. then to add insult to injury, firstly, they didn't offer any compensation, and when pushed, they only gave me a paltry £10! Which I found belittling and unsympathetic. I am not impressed and will be looking for another alternative for my money. I don't recommend this app.
