I engaged this service in 2021 to create a marketplace for a mobile app and website, with a promised completion time of 6 months. After 9 months, they launched the app and website, but both were non-functional. They only completed half of the work and demanded additional payment for the remaining functionality. Initially, I agreed to the extra hourly work, but after a smooth start with experienced developers, they switched to inexperienced ones, leading to continuous issues with the platform. I’m still dealing with unresolved problems, and their support team offered little more than apologies. It feels like a scam, and I wish they would face consequences for their actions. They initially seem friendly, but once you sign the contract, the dynamic changes. I’ve now hired another company to rebuild everything from scratch, hoping for a more honest experience.
