Latest update: March 16, 2025 - I hired this service to create a web-based software and mobile app over 4 years ago. Initially, they did well with design but took much longer than necessary for coding. The team is pleasant to work with, and they address issues, but many took far too long to resolve. They set a hard deadline that I expected to be met, and I was disappointed when it wasn't. While some progress has been made on critical issues, the website and backend remain unfinished. I believe the team is capable, but the pace is frustratingly slow, especially given the ongoing costs I incur while waiting. I appreciate their efforts, but transparency regarding their capabilities would improve the experience. I hope to see a finished product soon.
