Poor customer support. It's very easy to set everything up, but when it comes to disconnecting stores or wanting to close the account entirely, this has proved to be impossible. I sent a detailed email to the support email several times without even receiving an acknowledgement. My account as a dropshipper remains open, simply because I can find no transparent method to close it, and the support line chooses not to reply.
