Been using it for months. Here’s my honest review

I have been using hypersku for months now. Overall, it has been a great experience. Except, if you have a fashion business it’s not gonna be the best experience for you. Why?1. Processing times = if you have many products in your catalog, your account managers must check and order from suppliers, and sometimes delays occur and it happened to me. So my orders got delayed for 3 weeks. 2. Their return policy = they do not offer return plus if your customer returns it, they will put that in the trash. 3. Account managers = they have been great so far however there will be days they will not be responding as fast as before and this is bad cause you will waste so much time. 4. Live chat on their web = I need to contact their customer service when the account managers are not online but surprisingly, they don’t even reply until today and it’s been 2 weeks! They need to fix and assign someone as their live chat CS and not just put a chatbox on their app.5. Shipping times = tbh I don’t have any complaints about shipping times because they have been great so far, and they’re using yunexpress as their shipping partner.Overall they’re the best app so far and since they’re free as well. But just some parts I would appreciate if they fix it.Hope this review helps. Thanks!
