I had my vehicle recovered due to a total electrical failure after only 15k miles. After a week, no one had even inspected the car, and my formal complaint went unanswered. For a new and expensive vehicle, this service is unacceptable. The loaner provided was a petrol model with poor mileage, completely different from the EV I paid for, and it wasn't even automatic. This is supposed to be premium support, yet the experience has been the opposite. There has been no urgency, communication, or accountability from the company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone considering their EVs.
