Good phone support compensates for an earlier error

Mixed experience here — my product's battery failed within warranty, and I received a charger instead of a replacement battery. I called customer service and spoke with a representative who was friendly and efficient, arranging for a new battery to be sent immediately. Good service overall, but I deducted a star due to the initial mistake.
