I had my vehicle recovered through the support service due to a complete electrical failure. After an entire week, no one has even assessed the car, and my formal complaint sent through the official channels has gone unanswered. For a car this new and costly, this level of service is utterly unacceptable. The support team also provided me with a petrol manual loaner that achieves around 20 mpg—nothing close to the EV I’m paying for, and it’s not even automatic. This is meant to be the premium support associated with the vehicle, yet my experience has been the exact opposite. At this point, the company has displayed no urgency, no communication, and no accountability. Based on my experience thus far, I cannot recommend them to anyone considering one of their electric vehicles.
