***Supreme Auctions update**

I have been dealing with Supreme Auctions, through i-bidder.com. I finally made contact with Supreme Auctions via telephone after numerous attempts, and after they emailed me informing me they had decided to ban me from their site. They also stated that my details would be shared with other auction houses. The ban was imposed after I had contacted my bank to dispute payment and receiving a 'charge back' to my bank account. I had waited more than a reasonable amount of time for my items to be delivered, around 6 weeks- they had been ordered for Christmas. The bank subsequently reimbursed my account by just over £150. I was unable to recover a further (£70+ bidding payments), due to the method of payment, (being a direct payment from my bank card). I spoke with a lady at Supreme Auctions who explained that if I were to cancel the charge back and send them proof that this was done, I would then be able to place what would be a duplicate order in an upcoming auction, for the items I had not received previously. I then asked her to confirm that the items would be new (as stated in the previous auction), and after making some inquiries, she informed me that the items would be unchecked and untested, so essentially used or possibly even broken items. I have made several purchases without any issues, with other auction houses in the past. I am unhappy to potentially be paying over £200+ for broken or used goods. As the previous order was never delivered, I have little confidence that this order would be fulfilled too. So, if this is the way Supreme Auctions behave towards their customers after not keeping up their end of the sale, then the decision to not purchase anything further from this company in the future, is fine by me. I am just disappointed that they would see this as a legitimate reason to ban me and pass my details around other auction companies. Potential consumers beware!
