Serious warning about Supreme Auctions…

Serious warning about Supreme Auctions on iBidderI bought items through iBidder from Supreme Auctions and the experience has been dreadful.I won a dining table with 6 chairs, but only 4 chairs were delivered. Both the chairs and a cabinet arrived damaged, due to extremely poor packaging (just thin plastic wrap, no protection).I paid almost £200 for delivery, yet the goods were dumped on a pallet without care. When I raised this with Supreme Auctions:They claimed all items are sold “as seen” and refused to help, even though the lot was misdescribed.I-bidder’s complaints portal only gave me a generic rejection, and when I contacted them directly, they said in a polite way they weren’t interested and claimed they have no liability. But if they’re aware of these issues and still allow such sellers to trade on their platform, then they’re enabling the problem. In my view, that makes them just as responsible as the sellers themselves. After I persisted, they blocked me from bidding again, citing that I had done a chargeback – which is completely false, as I paid by bank transfer (so chargeback wasn’t even possible). To make matters worse, today they contacted me about another order, saying: “sorry, we can’t locate the items you won, would you be happy with another set instead?” I asked them to send me an email with photos of the alternative items which i did get. But this is not the products i bid on. So they are advertising products to bid on that they don't even have.⚠️ Important advice for other buyers:They claim you can pay by debit card, but they don’t answer the phone within the 1-day payment deadline. This forces most people into bank transfer, leaving you with no protection if something goes wrong. If you buy, do so as a consumer, not a business – consumers have stronger protection.Be prepared that if you complain, you may be blocked rather than helped.I spent £517.08 and have been left with damaged goods, missing items, and now misleading treatment on a separate order. iBidder really needs to review how Supreme Auctions are operating on their platform – as buyers we are left completely exposed.
