I bought and paid for several items through i-bidder, from the auction company International Auctions Ltd, but some of the items never arrived.I reached out for help, but i-bidder does not take responsibility or provide proper support. It feels like once they get the payment, the customer is left alone to deal with the problem.It’s unacceptable to pay for products and never receive them. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.------------------------------------------Updated Review – Issue ResolvedAfter my initial review, I was able to get in touch with i-bidder’s support team. They reached out to the seller and helped resolve the issue — I eventually received my missing items.I appreciate their assistance and the fact that they followed up to make things right.That said, the process was quite complicated and took a lot of effort on my part. I believe it could be much simpler, as many customers would probably give up before reaching a solution.Still, I’m updating my rating to reflect that the problem was solved.
