I have given Supreme Auctions Limited and Ibidder more than one chance and both times I’ve been left completely ripped off.The first time I “won” what was advertised as a huge pallet of kids’ toys for over £350. When I collected it, the pallet looked nothing like the picture. Once home, I realised it wasn’t toys at all—it was mostly boxes of religious books, laminate sheets, and pens, with a few random bits thrown in. The pallet wasn’t even full. I complained and heard absolutely nothing back.Against my better judgement, I gave them another chance. This time I bid on what was described as an assortment of kids’ sand and art sets. Their listing showed around 12 different sets. What arrived today? 100 of the exact same cheap set—the lowest value item they showed in the photos. I paid £112 for what turned out to be a pile of worthless stock.I have now complained twice, and both times I’ve been ignored. No apology, no solution, no refund. This company is misleading, dishonest, and clearly does not care about its customers.Save your money. They are not to be trusted.
