Please do not use this company, there up to price is an absolute con , sent a virtually brand new Samsung s6 which had already been checked by 02 and they offered 200 however went to igadgets because they were offering more , Big mistake 30 days in total to get my money , they don't answer calls ,they also lie about valuations, never heard of a bank transfer taking 10 working days, please do yourself a favour and use mazuma mobile which is trust worthy and pay very quickly
