quoted £301 for my lg g5 , then after chasing they quoted me £275 , i called them up to see why they have changed the amount - i was told over the 10 days - i asked them to check as i sent registered - and guess what it was within the 10 days . so they agreed back to £301this was after the chaos of them saying they couldn't charge the phone as they didn't have cable ( what recycle company doesn't have a type c new cable to charge a lot of modern phones ) after agreeing to pay the £301 and all accepted on 17th june - 17 days after posting the phone - payment went into my bank account - by there speedy back process on the 7th july !! nearly 6 weeks after sending the phone . will never use again sorry guys - get your act together
