Asked for a pack, never received, chased pack, finally got it. Sent my phone off and was offered £20 less than quoted as I took 'too long' to send it off. The money took ages to come through so asked where it was. Was told that in order to get my money I had to come on here and leave them a 5star review. I refused and was told them they I'd have to wait longer for my money. Only once I finally received my money did I come here to review. Also I'm pretty sure that the 'company' is one woman sat in her living room.
