Not many companies go the extra mile, but i-sells do, I had placed an order and all went well, dispatched on time etc. The weak link in the chain was Royal Mail, they tried to deliver the product and left a card. I set up a re-delivery and asked it to be delivered to a local post office so I can collect. Royal Mail tried to deliver to my house again! With my frustration I contacted i-sells, they immediately went into action and sent my order out again via a different courier. I received my order the next day with no issues, all I can say is, Ted and Koray from dispatch are a great team and I thank them for their dedication to customer support. I will have no hesitation in buying from them again.
