I phoned company to check sizing stated on the website for a vent. The website measurements turned out to be wrong. Annette, who answered the phone was so helpful even said she was going to double check with the manufacturers and phone me back. Which she did with all the information and more. A company who answers the phone, checks their information and calls you back....not something you experience most of the time these days. Products were excellent too.
