Its very hard to find a helpful service these days, but at i-sells it's very different, I had difficulty in matching ductwork to my extractor hood, I ended up speaking with Marc in technical sales and he was absolutely marvellous, he made the time to find the components I required, we were on the phone close to an hour where I sent him photos of the kitchen hood with dimensions of the duct outlets and an additional fan I was installing in the duct run, Marc took the time to search for all the components required which he found to complete the install.
