Some hiccups the last few times/months/years/moments of communication but in the past definitely five stars....a great organisation with a caring outlook (or seemed that way at least in the pat) and management...they have changed a lot and i have only registered recently for the millionth time so it remains to be seen but for now they get 4, based on past interactions.
