IAAI misplaced my wire transfer into another account - their error - and then charged me storage fees while they try to fix the problem. Two days later I am still trying to pay for my vehicle with the funds already sent in. Their local offices are great but their national buyer services department is beyond unhelpful.Try Copart instead
