The refund policy is abysmal. They hardly ever help.I had bought 8 tickets to a Louis CK concert, which was postponed twice and meanwhile me and my friends and co-workers can't go anymore. Now I owe a lot of money to people and they just hide behind "we initially offered a refund after the first cancellation but because you didn't take it then, too bad". as if i could have guessed the situation would last so long with the pandemic. They're really good at taking your money for the tickets, but thats about where it stops. I don't see what service they provide if they cant even be bothered to ensure you will receive a refund.If you go on the app review site, you'll see very many people complaining of similar things. It's not anecdotal.
