The Energo session was my first one and it was practical, thorough and interactive. I got alot out of it and I will be attending more. I am also doing the CDP course with the IAC and its been the best course that I have done in my 12 years of personal development. The trainers are knowledgeable, down to earth and its a very unique course which I am finding amazingly helpful and I highly recommend it to anyone intersted in consciousness, energy, dream and OBE experiences and general understanding of reality.
