I received a court summons sent to the wrong address and was arrested early in the morning. After being detained for about three hours, the judge reviewed the CCTV evidence and dismissed the case against me. I had previously tried to contact the investigating officer for months without any response. This entire experience was incredibly traumatic, especially since I am registered disabled.
