The service quality is consistently poor, with frequent outages, slow internet speeds, and unreliable connectivity that makes it difficult to rely on for either work or personal use.What’s even more frustrating is the customer service. Getting support is a challenge in itself — long waiting times, unhelpful responses, and issues that remain unresolved for weeks or even months. It often feels like customers are ignored once they’ve signed up.On top of that, the pricing does not match the quality provided. You end up paying for a service that simply does not deliver what is promised. In some cases, charges appear unclear or unjustified, which raises serious concerns about transparency.Overall, my experience has been extremely negative. I would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Maroc Telecom, as the service falls far below expectations and does not offer good value for money.
