Since the retreat, I've had so much more clarity in my purpose and direction. It is the final piece that connected the dots, gave me confidence and practical tools to achieve my ikigai. I also felt really safe in the space that was created for me to unravel the parts of myself I was escaping, which put me on the trajectory to renew myself as the leader I was always meant to be.
