It seized up three times on the app transfer and the app card is really bad for scanning on trams as it defaults to payment on Apple. It’s really good for cheaper access to activities listed, but also hard to book ahead as we couldn’t go to some museums as they were busy and we couldn’t book before activating the card. Overall it does save you money, even if it’s just on transport and quieter activities. For example a tram was about €7 from out hotel to central and we used them a lot and got a free canal cruise and access to mono etc
