If I could put a 0 star I would I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered, all thanks to a guy who apparently thinks basic courtesy is optional. A new customer politely asked a few simple questions about the property, and instead of offering help, this guy immediately snapped with a condescending tone. He acted annoyed that anyone would dare ask for clarification, rolling his eyes and cutting the customer off mid-sentence.
