These people are currently putting in a wet room for my sister was supposed to take a week now going into week 3 and she still doesn't have a working shower tried to only tile part of the room until I complained and they still haven't put in an extractor fan they never come when they say they will. My sister has IBS and needs to have use of a toilet but has had to go all day with out being able to use it i can't understand why the council use them it's definitely not because they are cheap they are charging £12.000 for this ??
