Contracted through cheltenham borough homes to renovate my fitted kitchen, an absolute joke of a company, today is week 9 and still not finished, I put a complaint in of my 3 week old fridge freezer being damaged where the worker had put my extractor fan against it and that was denied, cement mixed in my hallway rather than front or back garden so house thick with dust, denied, all cupboards and units narrower than previous so now I have gaps all over that havent been filled, extractor fan still not put up, chunk out of my door frame and decorating still not done, constantly ringing and getting nowhere
