This company is absolutely diabolical. They send the wrong people out to the wrong jobs to then not sort out the problem. Their words “ im a ….. not a …. .. so you’re going to have to rebook.So nothing gets done.This is happened uncountable amount of times.Ian Williams make dates to then not turn up.The way my house has been left is absolutely disgusting and I wish I could post it so you’re all aware of what they leave your house like.!You book dates for work to be completed so you take time off work to then find out nothing was booked its a joke .Im livid this has been the case for 8 weeks with ingoing issues.The Customer Service team refuse you to talk to the manager. The only thing I would say is that, there has been 2 gentlemen that have done the job that they were requested to do .I truly do not understand why you would put people that are not trained to do the jobs requested at peoples properties.Avoid IAN WILLIAMS.
