The course was presented in a positive and straightforward manner and further impressed me with the wealth of accessible resources to help launch my private business and client care.
The online course was manageable to complete on my own schedule at my own pace. This allowed me to be very successful (100% final mark). I'm now going to volunteer in my relevant field for a few weeks to gain the "hands on" that online lacks. Would definitely recommend, I have the starter tools I need to succeed (and get insurance and experience).
