Not sure what to write here my experience so far hasn’t been great. I’ve had a complaint now in for just over months and I’m still awaiting an outcome. 17th of January I was appointed my case manager Danny Cracknell who has been in contact since not going to negatively review his performance he’s been ok but I was told after 4 months they had the wrong contact details for Scot bet they now have new details but still awaiting an outcome. Is there anychance my case can be looked and please and a decision made I was offered £26 at the time by the scot bet cashier which was crazy as there was no evidence to where the £26 came from I rejected it and took my case up with you guys.
