Not very helpful. I had a complaint against coral , they and not me made a fair sized mistake which i had to make a complaint about. Of course , coral reject the complaint , i then refer to IBAS who were very slow to take up my complaint , practically insinuated that i had a problem and that coral were some god-like outfit. Felt very let down by the so called adjudicator they just weren't interested at all. Its hard for me to see why they exist as they appear to have no interest in helping customers with genuine , valid complaints.
