I don’t think that comment was geniune they solve within three days maybe 50 or 100 £ they solve and make people happy in my experience which i face i have dispute 9 k£ with admiral which they don’t pay me even i provide evidence 4500£ of 8 may admiral email where they write 3 to 4 working days i recieve my funds but nothing so many times i send email to ibas to know progress about my complaint they don’t reply also not recieving phone calls one email only i recieve and shock i have ibas reference number and again they told me re submit ur complaint what a joke now only waiting week what they are doing in my case getting my money back and do justice with me or no then I start legal procedure and mentioned there first what they adr provider doing in here court must inquiry them how many complaints they solve maybe my thinking was wrong if they get my winnings back then I appreciate them and believe ibas services
