I had a dispute with Luckster over a series of bets that were voided in play while the bets were going to be won/had already been won. Funnily enough there were other bets on the same match that stood, some on the same market as other bets that were voided! I complained given the amount I was owed and Luckster refused to even reply for months, and promised to reply but did not do so, so I contacted IBAS. I very much recommend using IBAS if you ever have a problem with a bookie/casino, they are very good at what they do.
