Five stars for these guys. I had a dispute with a lesser known UK based online casino and sports bookie. Long story short, they made my life hell to get a withdrawal by way of red tape.When I went to IBAS, the bookie no longer contested the case and I received the withdrawal amount which I was entitled too.I still feel like it was a total waste of time being on that site, but I wouldn't have got the cash back without IBAS so it would have been an even worse loss.I would also extend a quick personal thanks to James and Ron at IBAS who handled my case.
