I was advised to open a case with ibas as I used my mothers card to deposit at one time when my payment card would not go throw other times I have used my own card on this occasion when I used her card I won 1800.00 of which they would not pay due to using a third party card on that occasion even though they took the payments from her account fine Ibas had already helped someone get there money due to this problem which is why I was recommended them but for some reason my claim has been turned down!! I don’t see how they can decide a yes for someone else but a no for me makes no sense at all It was the same thing that happened to both of us so why can I not have my money Obviously one rule for one person and one rule for me !!
