One star is way too much for my experience. Iberojet canceled my flight, said they could not transfer the funds back on my creditcard and asked for a bank confirmation plus signing a form that holds me back from any claims against them. Okay, did that and waited… one week, no response. Mailed them again… and again… and again. No response. Called the customer service. Nice lady said she will forward my case to the support. Another week with no answer. So, it seems they're not willing to refund me. This is against the law, as it sees a payback time within 7 days, EU Regulation 261/2004. I now made a claim of fraud against them at the Spanish Aviation Safety Agency (AESA). If you face the same issues I urge you to do the same. As for now, I‘d say I never had such an unprofessional and incompetend customer support in my 50 years of airtravel. They treat their customers like garbage, never reply and keep your money. Avoid this airline at any costs, this one is as bad as it could be. Pay a bit more, at the end you'll be happy.
